The membership fee is dependent on the gross national income per capita of the country in question (Head Office) and the number of employees.
Interested companies should make themselves known to GGI Head Office; we will be pleased to calculate your contribution.

Conferences are a vital and important part of the GGI community. We understand that the most important element of successful cooperation is personal contact. We therefore ask our members to participate in at least one conference per year. The more active a firm is within the network, the more business they usually receive.
GGI organizes one annual World Conference and four regional conferences every year, each of which is attended by around 120-200 partners from group members. In addition to the conferences, many more meetings take place on a smaller scale, such as the German-speaking Meeting, the Leadership Forum and separate practice group meetings, which offer a broad variety of interaction between member firms. In addition to the physical conferences there are also Skype conferences, to facilitate exchange in between conferences.

EasyMeets take place twice a year and are aimed at younger partners and associates. EasyMeets offer an alternative to the larger conferences and are more focused on technical topics. An EasyMeet is also a very good incentive for juniors.

Each GGI member firm shall be entitled to regional exclusivity according to the Charter.

GGI Head Office provides ongoing information and support to member firms.  
It is also responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, sales and marketing, organization of events and conferences, public relations, finance and development of GGI. It ensures the continuous and consistent growth of GGI.
The Regional Managers are responsible for group management in their respective regions. They implement the decisions taken by the Executive Management and act as points of contact. Furthermore, they monitor network development in their regions.

Please note Geneva Group International AG (GGI), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, provides no legal, audit or other professional services to clients. Such services are provided solely by GGI member firms in their respective geographic areas.

There is no referral fee paid to GGI Head Office.
There is no obligation to pay referral fees between GGI members. We recommend that each member settles this matter individually with the relevant business partner before beginning any joint work.

GGI is a professionally managed organization. This marks a huge difference from voluntarily managed networks.

Independence: Each GGI member firm keeps its independence and its own company name.

This depends on various factors. You should not expect to gain more business immediately after signing the GGI contract. We advise you to be active in the network and make use of the numerous opportunities available. The team at GGI Head Office supports and fosters cooperation between members and also helps members make contact with each other.

GGI is a professionally managed organization. The Executive Management guarantees continuous network development, ensures quality control and handles day-to-day administration. It supports all GGI members with information and ongoing service.

The Regional Managers are responsible for group management in their respective regions. They implement the decisions taken by the Executive Management and act as points of contact. Furthermore, they monitor network development in their regions.

The GGI Board of Directors is responsible for the mid- and long-term strategy, detailing policies and controlling finance and administration.

The Executive Committee (ExCom) consists of eleven members and is the decision-making body of GGI. All Regional Managers and Chairmen of the Professions are members of the ExCom.

In order to offer GGI members representation that is not only related to regional matters, GGI has three professional Divisions (Lawyers, Accountants and Consultants). These Divisions are duly represented through the Heads of Division in the ExCom. GGI understands that although the multidisciplinary approach of GGI is a valuable asset, the different disciplines might sometimes need particular attention in daily network life, and consequently the different divisions were established in order to take care of the particular needs of members.
